TT Electronics plc 的 OP266W 是一款高可靠性、工业级红外发射二极管(IR LED),采用标准 3mm T-1 封装,峰值发射波长为 850 nm(近红外),光谱半宽约 40 nm,典型辐射功率达 15 mW,响应速度快(上升/下降时间约 20 ns)。  

其主要应用场景包括:  
1. 红外遥控系统:用于家电(电视、空调)、工业遥控器等,提供稳定、抗干扰的编码信号发射;  
2. 光电开关与位置检测:配合光敏接收器构成对射式或反射式传感器,广泛应用于自动化产线、包装机械、电梯门安全检测等;  
3. 安防监控补光:作为夜视摄像头的隐蔽红外照明源(850 nm 具有微弱红曝,兼顾性能与隐蔽性);  
4. 工业通信与数据链路:在短距、低速红外数据传输(如 IrDA 兼容应用)中作发射端,适用于防爆、电磁敏感等特殊环境(因无射频干扰);  
5. 医疗与分析设备:用于脉搏血氧仪、气体传感器等光学测量系统的光源模块,依赖其波长稳定性与一致性。  

需注意:OP266W 属红外发射器,不发射紫外或可见光(非UV/Vis器件),其“分类为红外、紫外和可见光发射器”系产品线宽泛归类,该型号仅工作于近红外波段。典型工作条件为 IF=100 mA,脉冲驱动以提升亮度并延长寿命。

OP265, OP266 Series (A, B, D, W) Features:  T-1 (3 mm) package style  Choice of narrow or wide irradiance pattern  Choice of dome or flat lens  Mechanically and spectrally matched to other OPTEK devices  Higher power output than GaAs at equivalent drive currents  890 nm diodes Description: Each device in the OP265 and OP266 series is a high intensity gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode (GaAIAs) that is molded in an IR transmissive clear epoxy package with either a dome or flat lens. Devices feature narrow and wide irradiance patterns and a variety of electrical characteristics. The small T-1 package style makes these devices ideal for space-limited applications. OP265 devices conform to the OP505 and OP535 series devices. OP266 devices conform to OP506 series devices. Please refer to Application Bulletins 208 and 210 for additional design information and reliability (degradation) data.
