Temperature Sensors TD Series GENERAL INFORMATION TD Series temperature sensors from MICRO SWITCH respond rapidly to tem- perature changes, and are accurate to ±0.7(cid:176) C at 20(cid:176) C—completely inter- changeable without recalibration. They are RTD (resistance temperature detec- tor) sensors, and provide 8 (cid:86)/(cid:176) C sensitiv- ity, with inherently near linear outputs. The sensing element is a silicon chip, 0.040 × 0.050(cid:78) with a thin film resistive network pattern.
