The output clock signal, generated 1 OE Function internally with a patented oscillator design, 2 Ground is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. 3 Clock Output 4 VDD Applications •SAS-2 Hard Disk Drive *Extended high frequency power decoupling is recommended (see test circuit for minimum recommendation).
